REFRIGERATOR PIE CRUST 
1. 5 c. flour
2. 2 c. shortening
3. 2 tsp. salt
2 egg
2 tbsp. vinegar

Blend first 3 ingredients with mixer or pastry blender. Break 2 eggs into a 1 cup measure. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar and beat with fork. Fill remainder of cup with water. Blend this in flour mixture and mix well. This can be used immediately or stored in refrigerator.
