QUICK SEAFOOD FETTUCINI 
1 lb. fettucini noodles
1/2 lb. crab meat
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 pt. sour cream
Grated Parmesan cheese, if desired

In a large pot, boil fettucini noodles. In a separate saucepan mix soup, milk, garlic salt and shredded crab meat and heat. When noodles are soft, drain the excess water and return to the pot. Stir in the soup mixture. Mix well. Just before serving, mix in the pint of sour cream. If desired sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each serving.
