CORNFLAKE MACAROONS 
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
2 c. cornflakes
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat egg whites until stiff and dry. Fold in sugar gradually. Add flavoring, coconut, cornflakes and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well oiled baking sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven until delicate brown. 36 servings.
