QUICK HOT ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
1 pkg. fast acting yeast
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. melted butter
1 egg
4 c. self-rising flour

Mix water with yeast until dissolved. Mix sugar, melted butter and egg until smooth consistency.

Add water and yeast to sugar, butter and egg mixture. Stir until smooth.

Add flour one cup at a time until dough is sticky. Cover and refrigerate dough for at least 2 hours. (Can refrigerate up to 24 hours.)

Place dough on floured surface and knead 5 to 10 minutes. Flatten dough to 1/2 inch and cut with biscuit cutter. Place in greased pan and bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Spread top with melted butter.
