BEST HOT ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
3 1/3 c. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter

Scald milk, add sugar and cool to lukewarm. Add yeast, let stand 15 minutes. Add 1 cup flour and beat well. Add salt, butter and eggs. Beat in remaining flour, let stand until doubled in bulk. Keep covered with cloth while rising. Make rolls and let them rise again until doubled in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
