CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon extract (optional)
6 lg. eggs
3 c. flour, sifted

Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add salt and extracts and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour. Spoon mixture into 10 inch tube pan lined with greased and floured wax paper.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
