BEST EVER HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
2 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Melt chips and butter over low heat, stirring occasionally. Gradually add sugar and milk and blend well. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. DO NOT UNDER COOK! Add vanilla and salt. Serve warm or cold.
