BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 onion
1 tsp. butter
1 lb. hamburger, if juicy use 1 tbsp. flour
1 can cream of chicken soup, no water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown onion in butter and hamburger. Add soup, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes over low heat. Stir in 1 cup sour cream (8 ounces) and heat. Good with toast or mashed potatoes.
