BEEFED UP MACARONI & CHEESE | |
1 pkg. macaroni & cheese dinner 1 lb. ground chuck 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. green pepper 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper Prepare macaroni as directed. Brown meat, celery, green pepper and onion; cook until tender. Stir in tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Add macaroni; mix well. Pour in 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
