CHOCOLATE PIE 
4 or 5 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 can evaporated milk
4 c. milk
5 tbsp. Hershey chocolate
1 tbsp. vanilla

Separate egg yolks from whites; add the sugar and flour. Put enough evaporated milk to make the mixture smooth, probably about 2 minutes, then stir continuously while you add the rest of your milk. Put it on the flame, stirring constantly until it thickens. This makes 2 pies.

Pour into baked pie shell and put your meringue on top.

MERINGUE: Beat whites until stiff and add 6 tablespoons of sugar.
