HOT CHEESE SNACK 
12 oz. Monterey Jack (with jalapeno peppers optional)
6-8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 sm. can diced green chilies

Mix:

2 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour

Layer cheese and chilis in a 9 x 9 inch square pan. Pour milk mixture over the cheese. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut and serve with crackers.
