1 yellow cake mix
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs

Mix as directed on box and save egg whites for icing. Bake at directed on box.

ICING:

2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white Karo
1 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut

Boil syrup until strings; add 2 beaten egg whites, slowly beat, then put on the cake. Sprinkle on coconut.
