CHERRY - PEACH MARMALADE 
1 1/2 qts. peaches, diced
1 orange, diced and grated peel
Juice of 2 lemons
1 c. chopped maraschino cherries
6 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients and cook until thickened slightly. Pour into hot jars. Adjust lids at once and process in boiling water bath (212 degrees) 5 minutes. Remove from canner and complete seals unless closures are self sealing. Makes 3 1/2 pints.
