CHEESE CAKE DIVINE 
1/2 c. butter
30 squares graham crackers
1 c. water, boil
1 sm. pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Melt butter and mix with crushed graham crackers. Put 3/4 of it in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Whip cooled evaporated milk and set aside. Mix cream cheese and sugar, then fold in evaporated milk. Add lemon juice to mixture. Pour into pan and sprinkle with remaining graham crackers. Chill.

Be sure evaporated milk is chilled and whipped.
