2 (8 count) crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg, separated

Press one package of rolls into bottom of greased 9 by 13 pan. Mix cream cheese (softened), sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and egg yolk and pour on crust. Press out second package of rolls to pan size and place on top. Brush on egg white. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cook and serve same day. Cut into approximately 15 squares.
