CHEESECAKE SQUARES 
2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.

Combine the brown sugar, pecans and flour in a medium size bowl. Add the melted butter mixing until crumbly. Set aside 1 cup of this crumb mixture.

Press the remaining crumbs into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.

Beat together the cream cheese, white sugar, eggs, lemon juice, milk and vanilla until creamy. Spread over crust.

Sprinkle the reserved crumbs over the top. Bake for an additional 25 minutes. Place the pan on a wire rack and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. Store in the refrigerator.
