SPICY BARBECUE SAUCE 
2/3 c. vinegar
3 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. mustard
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 sm. onions, sliced
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

In saucepan, combine vinegar, tomato juice, brown sugar, mustard, salts, pepper and onion. Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. Stir in catsup and Worcestershire sauce, bring to boil. Makes 1 quart.
