WHOLE MEAL SALAD 
1 c. grated raw carrot
1 c. grated raw celery
2-3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 tsp. onion, grated
2 cans tuna or chicken (or 1 can Spam, chopped)
1/2 pt. salad dressing
1 (#2 1/2) can shoestring potatoes

Mix together all ingredients except the shoestring potatoes. Chill 1 hour. Just before serving add potatoes.
