4 c. (16 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash cayenne pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. light cream or half & half
2 English muffins, split, toasted & buttered
4 slices Canadian bacon, about 1/2" thick, heated
4 slices tomato, about 1/2" thick
