DEVILED EGGS 
6 hard cooked eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
About 3 tbsp. salad dressing or Thousand Island dressing or mayonnaise or vinegar or cream (enough to moisten)
2 tbsp. diced sweet pickles or sweet pickle relish (optional)
1/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers (optional)

Cut hard-cooked eggs in halves. Remove yolks. Mash. Mix in rest of ingredients. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it up lightly. Garnish with parsley or sprinkle with paprika for more color.
