DEVILED EGGS 
6 hard cooked eggs, shelled
1 tbsp. pickle relish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cut egg in half lengthwise. Remove yolk to a small bowl. Mash thoroughly with fork. Add mayonnaise, relish, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Spoon yolk mixture into whites. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, garnish with olive slices.
