CLAUSSEN DEVILED EGGS 
3 hard cooked egg yolks
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Add dill weed to taste
6 egg white halves
2 tbsp. chopped Claussen Kosher pickles
1 tbsp. pickle juice

Halve and remove the yolk of 3 hard cooked eggs. Blend yolks with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons chopped Claussen Kosher pickles, 1 tablespoon prepared mustard and 1 tablespoon pickle juice. Fill egg white halves with mixture. Garnish with dill weed. Makes 6 halves.
