CAJUN PORK | |
3-4 pork steaks, boneless 1 med. onion 1 lg. bell pepper 3 stalks celery 1 lg. can tomatoes 2 tsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. flour Cut pork into bite size pieces. Chop vegetables. Saute meat until meat is slightly browned with the vegetables. Season meat to taste with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and chili powder; cover and simmer until meat is tender. Mix flour with water and stir into meat mixture. Serve over a bed of rice. If meat and vegetables are a little dry, add tomato juice. |
