IRON SKILLET SHRIMP 
1 1/2 lbs. raw shrimp
6 slices bacon
1 med. size green pepper in strips
2 cloves garlic, minced

Shell, devein, wash and dry shrimp. Cook bacon in heavy iron skillet until crispy brown. Drain on paper towel. Strain drippings and return to skillet. Add shrimp, green pepper and garlic. When shrimp and pepper are tender, remove from skillet to a hot platter and sprinkle crumbled bacon over top.
