CARAMEL - PECAN CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
Crushed pecans, to taste

CAKE:

3 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 jar Smuckers caramel ice cream topping

TOPPING:

8 oz. sour cream
Remainder of caramel topping
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Crust: Mix ingredients and pat in bottom of springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cake: Mix ingredients well and pour over crust. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Topping: Mix ingredients well and pour over baked cake. Top with crushed pecans.

Note: Cheese cake may be frozen for later use.
