NOODLE HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped celery
Chopped onion (as desired)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (6 oz.) pkg. egg noodles (narrow)
1 sm. can mushrooms, do not drain
1/4 c. chopped cashew nuts

Brown ground beef, celery and onion. Mix together 2 soups, plus one can of water. Stir in raw (do not cook) noodles, can of mushrooms (do not drain), cashews and browned ground beef. Put in a baking dish, flat preferred, 9"x13" or smaller. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or more. Stir twice during cooking time.
