1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1 egg
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs

Combine cake mix, melted butter and egg; press into 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and eggs; beat for 5 minutes. Pour cheese mixture over cake mixture and bake for 35-45 minutes at 325 degrees. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar after removing from oven. Allow several hours to cool before cutting. You may add chopped nuts and coconut, if desired.
