FRESH VEGETABLE MARINADE 
4 stalks fresh broccoli (broken into florets)
8 lg. mushrooms (sliced)
1 green pepper (chopped)
3 stalks celery (sliced)
1 head cauliflower (broken into florets)

Combine all vegetables in large bowl. For marinade, combine: 2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. vinegar 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 sm. onion (grated) 1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seed

Mix in blender or food processor. Pour over vegetables and cover. Chill at least 3 hours. Serves 8.
