FRUGAL GOURMET'S CORN BREAD 
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil

Place all dry ingredients in mixing bowl and combine. Add liquids and mix until smooth. Place in a greased 8x12 inch pan and bake in hot 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
