RAVISHING RICE 
1 lb. hot sausage
1/2 c. rice
4 1/2 c. water
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 pkg. (2 env.) dry Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Saute peppers, onions and celery. Brown sausage, drain. Bring water to boil. Add soup mix and rice. Cook 8 minutes. DO NOT DRAIN! Mix all ingredients together. Top with almonds. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
