1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. water
2 cans kidney beans (optsp.)

Brown hamburger meat with onion, drain. Add other ingredients and cook 1 hour on low heat.
