CINCINNATI SKYLINE CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
3 cups water
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce (Hunts)
2 bay leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in pan. Do not brown beef first. Chop up meat as it cooks. Simmer for 3 hours, uncovered.

Variation: Place the above mixture on top of cooked spaghetti and add grated cheese.
