SHISH KABOB 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed
1 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. snipped parsley
Meat (sirloin steak)
Green peppers
Tomato
Onion wedges

Combine the first nine ingredients, stir and add meat and refrigerate overnight. Par boil raw vegetables, scald tomatoes, thread skewer, cook over flame, brush with sauce. Serve over rice.
