CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 head of fresh broccoli
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 pt. half and half or milk
1 can College in chicken broth
6 to 8 tbsp. Wondra flour
Salt and pepper

Cook broccoli, drain it, and mash up with potato masher. Put aside. In small fry pan, saute chopped onion in 2 tablespoon butter. Put aside. In big pot, add can of chicken broth, with one can of water. Add slowly, 6 to 8 tablespoons Wondra flour, one at a time, mixing it while on medium flame. Now mix in onion mix and broccoli. Stirring constantly, bring to boil. Shut off let stand 10 minutes. Pour in 1 pint of half and half. Stir up and serve.

NOTE: You can also use same recipe with fresh cauliflower or asparagus.
