DILLED SLAW 
1 head cabbage
1/4 head of red cabbage
2 green, 1 red pepper
1 c. vinegar
2 tsp. dill weed or seed
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. salad oil
1 thinly sliced stalk celery
4 to 6 green onions, sliced
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 carrot, shredded

Shred cabbage, slice peppers. Combine vegetables in a large bowl. Heat vinegar, mustard, dill and salt to boiling. Remove from heat and pour over cabbage mixture. Add oil and mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
