SAUCE:

1/4 c. molasses
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. catsup

Combine all ingredients. Put in sauce pan and heat for about 10 minutes on medium heat, (stir real good cover and set aside). Wash and diced 1 bell pepper, cut into rings. Clean and slice 1 small onion into rings. Dip bologna slices in sauce, arrange in skillet top with onion and pepper rings. Pour remaining sauce over top of this, cover and simmer over low heat about 30 minutes. Don't turn unless necessary. it will mess up the rings, good with green beans, fried potatoes and cornbread.
