FAJITAS OF CHICKEN | |
1 env. Italian salad dressing mix (dry) 1/3 c. dark rum or white wine 1/3 c. lime juice 1/4 c. oil 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce 2 lbs. skinned, boned chicken breast 1 lg. onion, sliced 1 lg. red pepper 1 lg. green bell pepper Combine 1/2 envelope salad dressing mix, rum, lime juice, oil and hot sauce. Add chicken, onion, peppers, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. |
