WHITE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT

1 bar white chocolate bark
1 pkg. peppermints (crushed)

Melt the white chocolate bark in microwave on high. Stir every minute or so until the white chocolate is melted completely. Stir in the peppermint pieces. Spread mixture on to a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Place candy filled cookie sheet in the freezer until solid. Once solid, break the candy into pieces. Store in tightly sealed container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
