CREAMED TUNA 
1 can tuna, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 - 2/3 can of milk
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped celery leaves
1 mashed pimiento
Salt & pepper to taste
1 pkg. frozen peas

Cook frozen peas. Put all other ingredients in saucepan, stir over medium heat until soup, etc. is mixed well. Add cooked frozen peas (drained). Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes and serve over rice, biscuits, toast, macaroni, etc.
