VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. green beans, cooked
2 1/2 c. skim milk
2 1/2 tbsp. flour (may add more if needed)
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 med. zucchini, sliced
2 c. carrots, cooked & sliced
1/2 med. onion, sliced
1 1/2 c. whole grain cereal
1/4 tsp. thyme

Place 1/2 milk and flour in saucepan, add seasonings, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add rest of milk, slowly cook over medium heat until thickened. Layer vegetables, green beans on the bottom then carrots and zucchini, onion on the top. Pour soup over top. Sprinkle crushed cereal over casserole and cover. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Serves 8. (Cook vegetables only slightly.) It's low calorie!
