VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter

Cook vegetables until tender crisp. Drain and put into buttered dish. Mix onion, celery, cheese, mayonnaise, soup and milk. Spread over vegetables. Crush crackers, stir in butter. Mix and spread on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes (until cheese bubbles).
