SHRIMP HOT DISH 
3 c. celery
1 c. onion
4 oz. can mushrooms
10 oz. sliced water chestnuts
2 oz. jar pimiento
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
10 oz. pkg. frozen sm. shrimp
1 1/2 c. cashews
1 bag chow mein noodles

Saute celery, onion and mushrooms in 1/2 cup butter. Mix water chestnuts, pimiento, soups, shrimp and 1/2 of cashews. Then mix together. Layer chow mein noodles (1/2 of bag). In bottom of 9"x13" pan. Add all other ingredients. Top with remainder of chow mein noodles and cashews. Bake 3/4 hour at 350 degrees.
