SHERRIED POT ROAST | |
2-3 lb. pot roast 1-2 c. onions (optional) 1/3 c. water 1/4 c. catsup 1/3 c. sherry 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. rosemary Place all ingredients in Dutch oven. After 2 hours, add 1 can mushrooms. Thicken gravy with 1/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons flour. Pot roast can be floured and browned before roasting. 350 degree oven. |
