CREAMY BRUNCH SCRAMBLE 
12 jumbo eggs, beaten
6 oz. cream cheese, cut in cubes
1/4 cube butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper

Beat eggs and cream cheese together. Heat butter in a large skillet. Pour in egg and stir gently until set. Be patient, the cheese slows this process down. Season with salt and pepper. Serve or keep warm up to 1 hour. Perfect for company breakfasts. Serves 6.

For a real treat, spoon eggs into small dishes and top with a small spoon of caviar.
