SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. chopped onion
1 can refried beans
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. taco sauce
1 sm. can chopped olives
2 cans mild enchilada sauce
12 flour tortillas
10 oz. of cheddar cheese
12 toothpicks
1 pt. sour cream

Saute meat and onion. Stir in beans, garlic salt, salt, taco sauce and olives. Put mixture into each of the flour tortillas and hold together with a toothpick. Place into a large baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over each tortilla and grate cheddar cheese on top. Bake in oven at 375 degrees until hot. Take out and serve with sour cream.
