SHRIMP MOLD 
1 env. plain gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
8 oz. Thousand Island dressing
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked shrimp
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Soften gelatin in cold water. Stir over low heat to dissolve. Gradually add dressing to cream cheese, mixing well. Stir in lemon juice, salt and gelatin. Fold in shrimp and celery. Pour into oiled 1 quart mold. Chill until firm. To unmold, dip mold into warm water.
