HOT SPICED TEA 
2 qt. boiling water
1 tsp. whole cloves (tied in netting)
1/2 stick cinnamon
5 tea bags (regular size)
1 qt. orange juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 or 3 drops red food coloring (optional)

Combine boiling water, whole cloves and stick cinnamon. Boil 15 to 20 minutes. Add tea bags and steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags, cinnamon and cloves. Add orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, pineapple juice, and food coloring. Makes 1 gallon. Heat before serving.
