1 egg
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Beat egg until thick and foamy. Blend in remaining ingredients folding in sour cream last. Chill. Makes 2 cups.
