RUMMAGE RELISH 
2 qt. green tomatoes
1 qt. ripe tomatoes
1 sm. cabbage
1 ripe cucumber
2 bunches celery
3 lg. onions
3 green peppers
3 red peppers
1 qt. vinegar
2 lb. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Chop together or grind and let stand overnight with 1/2 cup salt. In morning drain and add vinegar, sugar and mustard and cook until clear. Put in jars and seal.
