3 med. potatoes
3 med. carrots
1 lg. onion

Dice the vegetables, place in a pan and cover with water, cook until tender. Add salt, pepper and butter to taste, add 1 can of cream of celery soup. Bring to a boil, then serve. Eat and enjoy.
